解説
●意味：
相手に尊敬の気持ちを表すときに使う。
Used to express respect for the other person.

●備考：
尊敬出来ない行為を表す言葉（叩く・殴る等）やカジュアルな言葉（しゃべる・頑張る等）には使えない。
It cannot be used for words that describe actions that cannot be respected (tataku, naguru, etc.) or for casual words (shaberu, ganbaru, etc.).

（課長に言います）
●コーヒーを飲まれますか。

お～になります
（部長に言います）
●コーヒーをお飲みになりますか。
Would you like a cup of coffee?
特別な尊敬語
（社長に言います）
●コーヒーを召し上がりますか。
Would you like a cup of coffee?
敬意の程度は、「尊敬動詞」「お～になります」「特別な尊敬語」の順で高くなる。

例文
●部長はお客様にお会いになります。
The general manager will meet with the customer.
●先生は新しいパソコンをお買いになります。
The teacher is buying a new computer.
●先生、あの本をお読みになりましたか。
Teacher, have you read that book?
●社長、旅館にお泊まりになりますか。ホテルにお泊まりになりますか。
Mr. President, would you like to stay at a Japanese style inn? Would you like to stay at a hotel?
●部長はもうお帰りになりましたか。
Has the director left already?
●社長は電話でお話しになっています。
The president is speaking by phone.

The teacher has read the book.
