ある事情を説明したり、理由を説明したりするときに使う。

・「んですか」
⇒見たり聞いたりしたものを根拠に、推測し、それを確認するときに「んですか」を使う。
Used to make assumptions and confirm them based on what you have seen or heard.
・「疑問詞＋んですか」
⇒興味や好奇心があるときに使う。
Use when you are interested or curious.

⇒驚きの気持ちがあり、説明を求めるときに使う。
